The app is designed and developed for all kinds businesses and is best suited to the ones who perform repetitive processes on daily basis. The app leverages the features of Dynamics 365 to automate such activities so the users can focus on high-reaping targets and generate more profits.

The app automatically creates Cases, Tasks and Appointments from predefined business templates. It provides an option of Hybrid case templates with Workflow Execution. The dynamic templates can be configured for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads and Opportunities. Additionally, the templates can be run for multiple/individual records. There's an option to include attachments in the template. Also, the templates can be cloned as per requirement.
The Protomator app is designed as an add-on service for Microsoft Dynamics 365 online/On-Premise. The app lets the users gain more productivity simply by defining repetitive activities into templates within primary entities like Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity. It breaks down the process of performing similar tasks frequently.
The Protomator app is available now at Microsoft Appsource. And, it is free of charge.
